PEARL-700 SYSTEM

 The Pearl-700 inspection system and Spec.Check™ software
 significantly reduces the time and  expense currently spent in digitizing,
 measuring and qualifying first article parts from single cavity tools. With
 application to Medical Device OEMs, this system will provide complete
 measured results, the same day instead of weeks that other processes
 currently require.

 The Tool: Cross Sectional Scanning
 The process starts by encasing the part in CGI's Encase-it material
 which covers and fills the part. Once filled and any air bubbles are
 removed, the part is placed into the Pearl-700 System. The rest is
 automatic - the system runs unattended. In just two to three hours the
 point geometry is digitized and the part image is ready to be measured.
